Laurence MERGER Biography
Laurence Merger is a Human Resources consultant helping managers and directors of HR place human resources at the center of their business strategy, strengthening their added value in relation to competitors.
Before founding and developing her consulting firm in HR, Laurence MERGER worked for over 20 years as a Director of Human Resources in family-owned and international corporations. She has held operational roles and a position in the Steering Committee, in addition to serving as a Project Officer on HR innovation and transformation.
After a long career resolving various challenges, Laurence MERGER offers the most relevant HR response for the strategic issues facing today’s companies, and particularly for implementing adapted and controlled methods of telework.
